Rules of product and license return

Return of orders is carried out in accordance with Consumer Right Protection Law.

 

Terms of return:

A customer has the right to refuse the delivery of ordered licenses before the receipt as well as within 7 days after the receipt except cases when the return or exchange of goods is impossible.

Cases when the return or exchange of goods is impossible:

1. If licenses are intended exceptionally for a certain customer, i.e. a product or a license has individual properties. For example, the license issued for a particular end-user is not the subject to return or exchange.

2. If a key and/or a license have been activated.

 

Refund:

1. In case of a payment on invoice:

The application on refund is sent to the e-mail: crocotime@infomaximum.com. Actual phone number should be specified in the application. The refund is carried out within 1- 5 working days.

2. In case of a bank card payment:

The refund is carried out in accordance with terms and conditions of your provider.
