Hardly had we looked back when the year of 2016 came to an end. At the end of the year everyone traditionally reviews the results of it. We decided not to break the tradition. We gathered the company’s management together and analyzed the main events of the year.
The amount of our customers was enlarged in 2016. CrocoTime worktime recording system was installed by such companies as Lenta, Rusal, Rödl & Partner, MVideo, Vostoktsvetmet, Ilyushin Aviation Complex, MigCredit. There are a lot of representatives of the banking sphere among our customers: Alfa Bank, TransCapitalBank, ModulBank and others.
Besides providing of licenses for CrocoTime worktime recording system, we started providing installation and configuration service and services of integration with IT solutions used by our customers. We have tried to combine the software sale together with the sales of analytics and consulting. It was a successful try. Customers enjoy when, besides the tool for business optimization, they also get distinct recommendations on how to optimize their business and a fully-fledged service allowing involving a minimum amount of internal personnel.
One of the brightest events of this year was SLUSH international conference. We went to Finland and liked it very much. Participation at SLUSH became one of the first steps towards our entering to the international market.
We had a chance to communicate with foreign businessmen and media representatives. Our team got feedbacks on CrocoTime positioning. We’ve satisfied our expectations. Programs providing opportunities for business process optimization are very popular in Europe nowadays.
The number of employees of our company has significantly enlarged. Last December we had 14 people in the company. Now we are 27. It is a lot for a startup. During the year we’ve recruited not only developers, but also managers of implementation and marketing departments. Because of this enlargement, we didn’t have enough space at the office. So we had to move to a new one.
Now we have our own full-time designer. That’s why we have changed the design of our website, office and CrocoTime program itself.
There are more new projects appearing due to the staff increase. We’ve launched a new project: a mobile application optimizing the work of employees working out of the office.
We enter the New Year with lots of new energies, ideas and objectives. We will keep on developing and improving our products for your work to be more effective and useful and cooperation with us was only a pleasure. We wish our customers and partners success in the New Year, a constant developing and progress.
